Our Story
Uncle Yammy’s Sauces
You may have heard of our BBQ sauce. Yammy (we really call him that) began making this sauce about twenty years ago. He took a simple recipe his wife used to make 28 years ago and developed the original recipe sauce. Several of our neighbors would cook out together on Saturday night and we would try the newest mix of secret ingredients. We finally settled on a sauce that was sweet with a little bite so it would appeal to most palettes.
